Working from anywhere has always been part of the DNA of the Ctalk system for 12 years. Having never used proprietary phones, agents using Ctalk can work wherever they have internet access. Our solution is built with remote working in mind and can be managed and utilised from anywhere with an internet connection. Our product has never used proprietary phones, voice agents can receive calls on a landline, mobile, office PBX, sip phone, softphone or Teams. Non-voice agents simply require access to the internet. Landline and mobile calls are only ever inbound to the agent so they will never incur costs for the agents. Agents that occasionally work from home or have poor internet can use their own phones with at no charge to them. Those that can take voip calls can do so securely.
